【摘要】:1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationofrelativepermittivity,dissipationfactor,lossindex,powerfactor,phaseangle,andlossangleofspecimensofsolidelectricalinsulatingmaterialswhenthestandardsusedarelumpedimpedances.Thefrequencyrangethatcanbecoveredextendsfromlessthan1Hztoseveralhundredmegahertz.Note1Incommonusage,thewordrelativeisfrequentlydropped.1.2Thesetestmethodsprovidegeneralinformationonavarietyofelectrodes,apparatus,andmeasurementtechniques.ThereadershouldalsoconsultASTMstandardsorotherdocumentsdirectlyapplicabletothematerialtobetested.,1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,see7.2.6.1and10.2.1.
