【摘要】:TheNVRobtainedbythistestmethodisthatamountwhichisavailableforreleasebywipersinnormaluse.EvaporationofthesolventatthestatedtemperatureistoquantifytheNVRthatcanbeexpectedtoexistatroomtemperature,sincetheslightdifferencebetweenroomtemperatureandtesttemperaturehasnotbeenshowntoresultinsignificantvariances.NumerousothermethodsarebeingusedtodetermineNVR.Thistestmethodisnotintendedtoreplacetestmethodsusedforotherapplications.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofsolventextractablenonvolatileresidue(NVR)fromwipersusedinassembly,cleaning,ortestingofspacecraft,butnotfromthoseusedforanalyticalsurfacesamplingofhardware.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3TheNVRofinterestisthatwhichcanbeextractedfromcleanroomwipersusingaspecifiedsolventthathasbeenselectedforitsextractivequalities.Alternativesolventsmaybeselected,butsincetheirusemayresultindifferentvaluesbeinggenerated,theymustbeidentifiedintheproceduredatasheet.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
