【摘要】:Thisclassificationcoverspairsofscalesforclassifyinganaspectoftheserviceabilityofanofficefacility,thatis,thecapabilityofanofficefacilitytomeetcertainpossiblerequirementsforcleanliness.Withinthataspectofserviceability,eachpairofscales,shownin,areforclassifyingonetopicofserviceability.EachparagraphinanOccupantRequirementScale(see)summarizesonelevelofserviceabilityonthattopic,whichoccupantsmightrequire.ThematchingentryintheFacilityRatingScale(see)isatranslationoftherequirementintoadescriptionofcertainfeaturesofafacilitywhich,takenincombination,indicatethatthefacilityislikelytomeetthatlevelofrequiredserviceability.TheentriesintheFacilityRatingScale(see)areindicativeandnotcomprehensive.Theyareforquickscanningandratingafacilityandnotforevaluatingordiagnosingit.Thisclassificationcanbeusedtoestimatethelevelofserviceabilityofanexistingfacility.Itcanalsobeusedtoestimatetheserviceabilityofafacilitythathasbeenplannedbutnotyetbuilt,suchasoneforwhichsingle-linedrawingsandoutlinespecificationshavebeenprepared.Thisclassificationindicateswhatwouldcauseafacilitytoberatedatacertainlevelofserviceabilitybutdoesnotstatehowtoconductaserviceabilityratingnorhowtoassignaserviceabilityscore.ThatinformationisfoundinPracticeE1334.ThescalesinthisclassificationarecomplimentarytoandcompatiblewithPracticeE1334.Eachrequirestheother.
